Subject to our prohibited-items policy and applicable laws, you can store precious metals (gold, silver, bullion), jewellery, luxury watches, title deeds, vehicle logbooks, passports, birth certificates, legal contracts, hardware crypto wallets, backup hard drives, foreign currency, and important corporate records.
Only authorized account holders or registered joint keyholders who pass multi-factor authentication (Access Card, Security PIN, and Finger-Vein Biometric Verification) can access the box. Employees and staff do not have access to your private box or physical key.

If a key is lost, strict security procedures are initiated. The lock must be professionally drilled open in your presence at the facility, and a replacement lock/key set issued at the cost of the key replacement fee.
Prohibited items include illegal drugs or narcotics, firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, perishable goods, stolen property, or items breaching Kenyan statutory regulations.
